North adds another FIFA star

North expands its FIFA division by signing another of the World's best players, Marcus "Marcuzo" Jørgensen, to the team which also counts former World Champion August "Agge" Rosenmeier.

In August, Marcuzo ended top-4 in the FIFA eWorld Cup taking home a prize of 20,000 dollars.

- It feels absolutely amazing signing with North. In my opinion, North is one of the most ambitious esports organizations - so it is definitely a dream coming true. I'm really looking forward to play in the North jersey, says the 19-year-old, who has great ambitions for the upcoming season.

- My two primary goals are to become World Champion and to develop as an esports athlete. I had a lot of offers, but I am convinced that North offers the best setting in Denmark to fulfill those goals.

On North, Marcuzo teams up with Agge, who is a close friend of his outside of the game.

- I cannot express how much it means to me to get to play on the same team as my friend Agge. We are friends outside the game and now we also get to ping-pong about our game as a team. It is the optimal condition for both of us, says Marcuzo.

The two players will play together tonight, when the Danish eSuperliga starts. During the coming seven weeks, 16 clubs fight for a $45,000 prize pool and important world ranking points.
